The enrolment fee for the Summer School is to € 1342,00 and it includes:
Lunches and coffee breaks on class days
Cinema Accreditation for the whole duration of the Venice International Film Festival
Reading material and access to our online learning platform
Certification at the end of the course
Please note that the enrolment of the selected participants will be made on a “first come first served” basis. We therefore invite you to proceed as soon as possible to assure you a place in our course.
The enrolment will only be final with the confirmation that the payment of the fee has been received by the secretariat, therefore we kindly ask you to send a scanned copy of the international bank transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org
All participants attending the course will receive a certificate of participation upon completion of the course.
Please note that the programme does not offer scholarships. We encourage all participants to investigate possible sponsorships, such as Erasmus+ funding, through national or international organisations, NGOs and academic institutions.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES
Summer School registrations will not be confirmed until registration is completed and billing information is received.
Cancellation by the applicant:
Cancellations received before 31 July 2020 will be fully reimbursed minus 50,00 € of administrative fees;
Cancellations after 1 August 2020 will be charged 50% of the total fee. Alternatively, the enrollment can be transferred to another Global Campus programme in Venice or to the 2021 CHRA edition (fees may have to be compensated if not similar)
Cancellation by the School:
The School is not responsible for any extra expenses (i.e. travel costs, Visa, etc.) incurred by the participant if a course is cancelled;
If the course is cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances such as weather or natural disaster, the participant is entitled to reschedule for a future session of the course;
The School reserves the right to cancel any course due to insufficient number of applications up to the deadline for enrolment. Notice will be provided with the option to reschedule for a future session of the school or tor receive a full refund of registration fees.

Due to the global outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic the Summer School programme has been adjusted to 7-day format from 31st August to 6th September 2020 considering eventual amendments to the 77th Venice International Film Festival programme.
A limited number of tuition waivers have been made available for professionals and students whose field of expertise and research focuses on children rights and are, or wish to become, leaders in their community and worldwide to promote and protect the rights of the child through the connection between human rights, digital media and video advocacy.
