The enrolment fee for the Summer School is to € 1700,00 and it includes:

  • Tuition fee

  • Lunches and coffee  breaks on class days

  • Free pass for local transportation for 9 days

  • Cinema Accreditation for the whole duration of the Venice International Film Festival

  • Certification at the end of the course

Please note that the enrolment of the selected participants will be made on a “first come first served” basis. We therefore invite you to proceed as soon as possible to assure you a place in our course.

The enrolment will only be final with the confirmation that the payment of the fee has been received by the secretariat, therefore we kindly ask you to send a scanned copy of the international bank transfer to chra@eiuc.org

All participants attending the course will receive a certificate of participation upon completion of the course.

Please note that the programme does not offer scholarships. We encourage all participants to investigate possible sponsorships, such as Erasmus+ funding, through national or international organisations, NGOs and academic institutions.


Enrol by 31st March 2019 to receive a 15% discount!

To qualify for the discount rate your application must be made with the fee payment by 31st March 2019.


Accommodation in Venice during the Film Festival is difficult to find at reasonable prices, we have therefore pre-booked a number of shared double room for 10 nights (check in 25 August - check out 4 September) at We Crociferi Residence which can be provided for a limited number of participants until all places are filled. The price for the accommodation in a shared double room is € 725,00 per person.


Summer School registrations will not be confirmed until registration is completed and billing information is received.

Cancellation by the applicant:

  • Cancellations received before 31 March 2019 will be fully reimbursed minus 50,00 € of administrative fees;

  • Cancellations received between 31 March 9 May and 31 May 2019 will be reimbursed 50% of the total fee;

  • Cancellations after 31 May 2019 will be charged 100% of the total fee

Cancellation by the School:

  • The School is not responsible for any extra expenses (i.e. travel costs, Visa, etc.) incurred by the participant if a course is cancelled;

  • If the course is cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances such as weather or natural disaster, the participant is entitled to reschedule for a future session of the course;

  • The School reserves the right to cancel any course due to insufficient number of applications up to the deadline for enrolment. Notice will be provided with the option to reschedule for a future session of the school or tor receive a full refund of registration fees.
